A pool (remain of the flooded season). Bastard indigobush (Amorpha fruticosa) in a forest of grey alder (Alnus incana) in between Košutarica and Mlaka areas. There is a frog in the middle of the spartially submersed trunk. The picture was taken from the road after I went inside a mine field that, after one month work and notwithstanding the precaution taken, I accidentally visited because the mine sign (unusual small size for Croatia) was partially covered by vegetation. Luckily, this time, same as I do in Bosnia, I followed the wild boar trails when I entered in the forest. Lonjsko Polje Nature Park. Ramsar Site. Sisack-Moslavina county. Slavonia region. Posavina area. June 2009. Croatia.
