Photographer and writer; frequent prize-winner in the Wildlife Photographer of the Year and in the European Nature photographer of the Year competitions; founding fellow of the ILCP, and ex-director of the large-carnivore project 'Big Five' in Sweden which resulted in a national carnivore information centre, international touring exhibitions, a major website and a bestselling book. Founding member of the Swedish Ecotourism Society. Chief consultant behind the development of the Swedish quality label Nature's Best, for nature-based tourism products. The author or co-author of 9 books.

Bridget Wijnberg

Bridget Wijnberg (United Kingdom) / Media & Exhibition Director
Marketing consultant and specialist in sustainable eco-tourism with extensive experience in the international travel industry from destination and tour operator marketing, to safari lodge management in remote wilderness areas in Zambia; a biologist; professional environmental scientist and chief consultant in the development of a sustainable tourism EcoAward scheme in South Luangwa, Zambia. Bridget was also previously a Lieutenant in the Australian Defence Force Reserves.

Her raison d’etre is the long-term well-being of the planet driven by a deep rooted passion for nature.

Magnus Lundgren (Sweden) / Business Director

Nature photographer and writer highly specialized in aquatic environment, flora and fauna; prize-winner in the Wildlife Photographer of the Year and European Nature Photographer of the Year competitions. Member of The Swedish Nature Photographers Association. Frequent lecturer (aquatic conservation, underwater photography and marine adventures) and expedition leader to remote marine wilderness all over the globe.

Environmental biologist specialised in communicating about wilderness conservation with extensive experience in writing about nature and wildlife, ecotourism travel and hiking in protected areas. Mar has an exceptional media network which she has used to impressive effect in the marketing and PR for conservation projects: as Media Director of WILD10; media liaison for the Wild Wonders of Europe launch in Spain, Portugal and Andorra; and curator of the Wild Wonders of Europe Outdoor Exhibition in Madrid (2012).
