Coot on fire, Greece

It is a rare event to see a coot to eat fish, bearing in mind their vegetarian diet. Even more surprising is to see how the coot robustly gets out of the beaks of the always-hungry gulls. She usually walks on water for several meters and then dives into it. I have used Canon 40D and Canon 300mm f/4 to get this photo.
