I have just returned from four days in the field. Wonderful winter atmosphere, some small snowstorms (but unfortunately during the night) and muskoxen!
Here are some nice pictures witnessing these beautiful moments.
Today I have time to recharge my batteries, clean some equipment (and myself), and drying the tent, so I can have a fresh new start.
Later this afternoon I will meet Egil, a ranger who lives nearby. I hope he will be able to help me (and filmmaker Laurent) to have a sledge ride with his sledge dogs, and to visit the centre of the park. It is my plan to travel four days with the sledge dogs.
My aim is to photograph a group of thirty muskoxen. I have heard they are now staying in a very scenic landscape. To be continued…
